  • Please provide full names of all partecipants as per ID/passport. After booking is confirmed, name changes are not allowed
  • All guests (including children) must bring their ID/passport on the day of the tour. Failing in doing so might result in the security staff refusing your entrance to the monuments
  • A specific dress code is mandatory for entry into places of worship and certain museums. It is imperative to refrain from wearing shorts or sleeveless tops, ensuring that knees and shoulders are covered for both men and women. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in denial of entry
  • Inside the monuments only small backpacks and regular sized handbags are allowed. Visitors with larger bags will not be allowed to enter
  • Meeting time with your guide is 15 minutes prior tour starts. Late arrival will result in refusal of entrance and your tour will not be refundable
